This month in the spirit of love I have been working with my kids on gratitude. We are grateful for our health as a family and know that others are not as lucky. We started last month with saving our found change for St. Baldrick’s pediatric cancer foundation and are continuing this month. Anything we find, my six year old son is matching with money that he earns. Not only has it made him more aware of others but also has helped with counting and sorting of money. Our January found change was $1.90 which is quite impressive for winter time in Chicago. Here is to hoping that February is even more profitable.
